The ambition of this initiative lays on the will to let the world of sports take the place it deserves in the exchanges between twinned provinces. Sport is a fantastic tool in connecting individuals. Sport is the ambassador of the culture it conveys, it allows all the generations to participate in the international exchanges. It can also appeal to the inhabitants of the region, often engaged as volunteers (the organization of sport in France), to benefit from the twinning.
BSI wants to help the leaders, the sportspersons and the amateurs to build an exchange and cooperation project (tools).
Thus, information that BSI offers can be used as a reference for people who have projects. If you have some interesting projects concerning sports and youth international exchange, you are welcome to inform BSI .
